Purpose:


To develop and monitor, with the school administration, a comprehensive maintenance
program for campus buildings and grounds.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • To approve and monitor a preventative maintenance program for the School and its grounds.

 

  • To assist in the generation of the budget as it pertains to on-going maintenance matters.

 

  • To develop and send to the Board for approval, policies and procedures pertaining

         to the use of buildings and grounds outside of school time.

 

  •   To assess future facility needs in light of a strategic plan.

 

  •   To report at each Board meeting.
