The Junior Knights consist of three YMCA basketball teams with players from all over the Omaha area. Players of all levels are welcome to participate in the league. Team practices will take place on Wednesday evenings from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Sunday evenings at a time TBD. Games will take place on Saturdays at local YMCAs.
