Purpose:
To assist the school in growing and maintaining its recruitment and retention efforts not only on a yearly basis, but also in developing and implementing ideas that will sustain the school in the future.
Responsibilities:
To assist the Director of Admissions and Marketing in the planning and implementation of many year round recruitment activities including Neighborhood Information Nights, Open House, and 7th Grade Information Night.
To assist the Director of Admissions and Marketing by speaking with prospective Mount Michael families at events including Open House and Information Nights or by making personal calls.
To assist the Director of Admissions and Marketing by communicating to him/her issues that affect retention.
To assist the Director of Admissions and Marketing by developing methods for handling those issues that are adversely affecting retention.
To continue to develop stronger ties between surrounding parishes and Mount Michael School.
To continue to develop ways to improve the awareness of Mount Michael School and its programs in the community.
To recommend to the full Board policies pertaining to recruiting, marketing, retention and even public relations as it relates to the school and its representation in the community.
To report to the Board at each meeting.
