Admissions TimelineClass of 2016 Student VisitsOctober – February, 2011-2012 Eighth grade students may spend a day or half-day at the Mount. Visits are encouraged in the month of October and the first two weeks of November. Overnight visits are also available so prospective students can get the full experience of what being a boarding student at Mount Michael is like. Open HouseSunday, November 20, 2011 1:00 – 4:00 P.M. Meet the faculty and student representatives at Open House. Learn more about Mount Michael’s academic programs and dorm life. Application packages will be available at the Open House. If you miss Open House, please request an application package by phone or e-mail and it will be mailed to you.
November, 2011- February, 2012* Complete admission application and financial aid application. It is not necessary to wait for the entrance exam before submitting the admissions application. Early applications are encouraged. *Application fee is waived for all students who submit their applications prior to November 22, 2011.
Entrance Exam*Saturday, January 14, 2012 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. *Students must take exam on this date to be considered for an academic scholarship from Mount Michael.
Alternate Entrance Exam Date:Saturday, January 21, 2012 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. This date is also a popular option for 6th and 7th graders who want to get a practice exam in before taking it in 8th grade.
